How to register
We are accepting new private and Denplan patients. We are not accepting patients on the NHS.
Your first appointment
New patient consultations are charged at £80.00. At this visit we provide a full treatment plan and an estimate of costs.
Booking and deposit
To register as a new patient you pay a non-refundable deposit of £30.00 at the time of booking, which is then deducted from the consultation fee. We can take the deposit over the phone by card. If you do not attend the initial consultation, or cancel within 24 hours of it, the deposit is not refunded.
Before your visit
At the first appointment a full medical and social history must be completed. This can be done on arrival, or ask reception to send the form ahead so you can complete it at home and hand it in when you arrive.
Registering with Denplan
Patients wanting to register with Denplan Care are advised of the monthly cost at their check-up appointment, because fees depend on your existing dental health. Read about Denplan at Pearl Dental.
Payment
Pearl Dental takes cash, credit and debit cards and cheques. Payment is made at the end of each appointment.
If you miss a private appointment, reception will let you know that any further appointments missed or cancelled at short notice will incur a charge.
