Retainers
Removable or fixed retainers used to help hold teeth after orthodontic treatment.

Could this treatment help you?
Teeth are held in place by habit, not glue — after any straightening treatment, they drift back unless retained. A retainer holds the finished position: removable trays worn at night, or a discreet fixed wire behind the front teeth.
Pearl Dental fits retainers after its own straightening treatment and replaces retainers that have worn out, broken or gone missing — including for teeth straightened elsewhere.
This may suit you if

Anyone finishing straightening treatment, and anyone whose old retainer is lost, broken or long unworn. If your teeth have already drifted, the assessment tells you honestly whether retention alone still holds them or a short correction is needed first.
What it will not do

A retainer holds teeth where they are — it does not move them back. Fixed wires need careful cleaning and occasional repair; removable retainers wear out and need replacing every few years. Retention is lifelong in the sense that stopping always risks drift.

Afterwards
Clean removable retainers daily out of the mouth and keep them in their case — most losses happen in pockets and tissues. A fixed wire is cleaned with floss threaders or interdental brushes, and checked at every visit.
Questions patients usually ask.
My retainer broke years ago and my teeth have moved — what now?
A new retainer will hold teeth where they are now, not where they were. If you want the old position back, a short aligner correction first is usually the answer — the assessment sets out both options with costs.
How long do I need to wear a retainer?
Indefinitely, though usually only at night once the result has settled. Teeth drift at any age, and the retainer is what stops them.
