Replacement tooth roots planned after clinical assessment and three-dimensional imaging where required.

A dental implant replaces a missing tooth from the root up: a titanium post takes the place of the root, and the visible tooth is fixed to it. Unlike a denture it does not come out, and unlike a bridge it does not lean on the teeth either side.
Pearl Dental is a Straumann implant centre with a dedicated implant suite and an on-site CBCT scanner, so implant placement is planned from a 3D image of your jaw rather than a flat x-ray. The range runs from single implants to All-on-4 full-arch treatment, including immediate loading where the case suits it.
This may suit you if

You are missing one or more teeth — or facing a tooth that cannot be saved — and want a fixed replacement that looks and works like its neighbours. Suitability depends on the bone available and your general and gum health, all of which the CBCT assessment establishes.
What it will not do

Implants need enough healthy bone to hold them, which is exactly what the 3D scan checks before anything is agreed. Smoking and unmanaged gum disease raise the risk of an implant failing, and that is discussed honestly at the assessment.
An implant is a surgical treatment with healing time built in. No outcome is promised before assessment; where an implant is not the right answer, the alternatives — bridges or dentures — are explained at the same visit.
Afterwards
Expect some swelling and tenderness for a few days after placement, managed with ordinary painkillers. Long-term, an implant is looked after like a tooth — cleaning around it and regular hygiene visits are what protect it, because gum disease around an implant is what shortens its life.
Same angle, same lighting, no retouching. Every case is published with the patient's written consent.

It depends on how many teeth are being replaced and what the scan shows, so the price is set by the written plan — every stage costed before you agree. Finance options for private treatment can be discussed at the assessment.
The CBCT scan answers this properly at the assessment. Where bone is short, options to rebuild it can be discussed; where an implant is not the right answer, you are told so and the alternatives are explained.
Placement is done under local anaesthetic, and most patients report less discomfort afterwards than they expected — a few days of tenderness managed with ordinary painkillers is typical.
Yes — All-on-4 treatment fixes a full arch of teeth to four implants, and is part of the range planned in the implant suite. Whether it suits you is established by the same CBCT assessment.
There is no fixed number that is honest for every patient — how long an implant lasts depends mostly on the health of the gum and bone around it. Cleaning and regular reviews are what protect it, and that is covered with you before treatment starts.
