Complaints procedure
If something has gone wrong, tell us — in person, by phone on 01274 880178, or in writing to the practice manager, Rachel Flesher, at 11A West End, Queensbury, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD13 2BD. Complaints are acknowledged in writing within three working days, and investigations are normally completed within ten working days. Our full complaints procedure sets out each step.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Dental Complaints Service for private treatment, the Denplan Mediation Service on 0800 169 7220 for a Denplan plan, or the Care Quality Commission on 03000 616161.
Privacy & data protection
We collect and hold patient information solely to provide dental care and to communicate about your treatment. Records are held securely, retained per NHS and GDC guidance, and never sold. You may request a copy of your records at any time.

GDC registration
All clinicians are registered with the General Dental Council and follow its standards. Registration numbers are published on the team page and can be verified at gdc-uk.org.
CQC registration
Pearl Dental is registered with and inspected by the Care Quality Commission, under provider Narinder Khroud (provider ID 1-375165473). The current inspection report is public at cqc.org.uk.
Finance disclosure
Narinder Khroud, trading as Pearl Dental, is a credit broker, not a lender, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA number 839394), and introduces patients to Medenta Finance Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA number 715523). Finance is subject to status. Full terms come with your written treatment plan.
