Treatments / Replacing teeth / Full-arch dental implants
Fixed full-arch implant options, including single-arch and dual-arch planning where appropriate.

Full-arch treatment replaces a whole arch of missing or failing teeth with a fixed bridge carried on implants — All-on-4 being the best-known form. The teeth do not come out at night and do not rest on the gums like a denture.
Pearl Dental is a Straumann implant centre with a dedicated implant suite and on-site CBCT scanning, and its stated range runs from single implants to full-arch work, including immediate loading where the case suits it.
This may suit you if

Most or all of the teeth in one jaw are missing or beyond saving, and a removable denture is not the life you want. The CBCT assessment establishes whether your bone supports fixed full-arch treatment.
What it will not do

This is major planned surgery with healing time, and its success depends on the bone the scan finds, your gum health and smoking status — all discussed honestly before anything is agreed. Where full-arch treatment is not the right answer, implant-retained dentures or conventional dentures are laid out at the same visit.
Afterwards
Swelling and tenderness for some days after surgery is normal and managed. Long-term, the arch is cleaned daily as instructed and reviewed regularly — gum health around implants is what decides how long they last.
Same angle, same lighting, no retouching. Every case is published with the patient's written consent.

It is set by the written plan after the CBCT assessment — every stage costed before you agree. Finance for private treatment can be discussed at the same visit.
Immediate loading — fitting teeth soon after placement — is part of the practice’s range where the case suits it. Whether yours does is decided by the planning, not on the day.
Often, yes — long-term denture wearers are the classic full-arch patient. Bone shrinks under dentures over the years, which is exactly what the CBCT scan measures before anything is promised.
