Implant Referral
Refer a patient for dental implant assessment, planning and placement at a Straumann implant centre in Queensbury, between Bradford and Halifax.

Clinical scope
Pearl Dental accepts referrals for single and multiple dental implants, implant-retained dentures and full-arch treatment, including immediate loading where suitable. Planning uses the practice’s own CBCT scanner and onsite dental laboratory.
Referrals are welcome for failing root treatments, failing crowns and bridges, root fractures, unrestorable teeth, unstable dentures and long-standing spaces.
Acceptance criteria
Adults who are dentally fit or under care for any active disease, with a clear note of relevant medical history and medications.
What to include
- Patient’s name, date of birth and contact details
- Relevant medical and dental history, including medications
- Teeth or spaces to be treated, and whether any treatment is planned first
- Recent radiographs and photographs, sent securely once the referral is acknowledged
What happens next
The practice acknowledges every referral by email or telephone, then contacts the patient directly to arrange the appointment.
A report is sent to the referring dentist after the assessment or treatment, and the patient returns to your practice for their ongoing care.
