The practice is open and is offering appointments for patients with Dental emergencies and for patients requiring routine appointments for aerosol and non-aerosol treatments. We are currently accepting New Private patients for cosmetic and routine dentistry.

Patients requiring an appointment should contact the practice via the patient triage number 07908 826743.

We are currently not sending examination reminders out to patients and are only booking these appointments for patients who are calling the practice to request an examination appointment. We continue to monitor and review our services weekly and will update patients of any changes when necessary. Patients who have any dental concerns should not wait to receive an examination reminder and should call the practice on the triage number above to arrange an appointment.

Our Dental Hygienists are continuing to offer hand scales only, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and for the safety of all staff and patients. Should you wish to book a Hygienist appointment please call the practice on 07908 826743.

The practice is operating with a reduced number of staff and with extended appointment times therefore waiting times for appointments may be longer than usual.

To ensure patient and staff safety we are kindly asking all patients to adhere to the following guidelines when attending for an appointment.

When attending for an appointment please ensure that all paperwork sent via email or SMS link has been completed prior to your visit. This includes a Covid-19 questionnaire which is triaged before you attend the practice.

When attending for your appointment please remain in your car until you have been invited into the practice by a member of the team.

Please use the hand hygiene station on arrival.

The practice has robust cross infection control procedures and policies in place. To help reduce the risk of cross infection during Covid-19 the practice is operating a one way system for all patients.

All patients will be required to pay for their treatment on arrival, so that on completion patients can exit via the back door and will not have to return to the reception area.
